Cancellation Charges are applicable in case a participants cancels his/her bookings for any respective offsite trips / tours / trek etc
Terms for cancellation with respect to the date of event:
(Note: In-case of Cancellation clause already stated on the event page or proposal then that clause if applicable).
If the cancellation is done from our side due to some any emergencies like disasters / incidents that are not within our control or not meeting minimum number of participants for economic scales. In such cases 100% whatever payment made by participants will be refunded within 15 days via Internet Banking or Cheque payments.
Cancellation done 45 days before trip date: 10% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.
Cancellation done 44 days to 30 days before trip date: 25% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.
Cancellation done 29 to 20 days before trip date: 40% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.
Cancellation done 19 to 10 days before trip date: 50% of the total camp fee will be deducted towards cancellation charges.
Cancellation done 9 days to 5 days before trip date: 80% of the total camp fee shall be deducted towards cancellation charges
Cancellation done less than 4 days in advance 100% of the total camp fee shall be deducted towards cancellation charges.
