If the cancellation is done from our side due to some any emergencies like disasters / incidents that are not within our control or not meeting minimum number of participants for economic scales. In such cases 100% whatever payment made by participants will be refunded within 15 days via Internet Banking or Cheque payments.
Cancellation done Over 30 days before the trip/trek date:
15% deduction of total camp fee amount.
Cancellation done 29 to 21 days before trip/trek date.
25% deduction of total camp fee amount.
Cancellation done 20 to 10 days before trip/trek date.
15% deduction of total camp fee amount.
Cancellation done 29 to 21 days before trip/trek date.
25% deduction of total camp fee amount.
Cancellation done 20 to 10 days before trip/trek date.
40% deduction of total camp fee amount.
Cancellation done more than 7 days before trip/trek date.
Cancellation done more than 7 days before trip/trek date.
60% deduction of total camp fee amount.
cancellation done in less than 3 days before trek/trip pick-up/meeting time will be considered as no-show.
100% of total camp fee amount will be deducted towards cancellation charges for

Extra Cost for Alternate Arrangements during emergencies.
Most of our events are organized in remote and difficult geographical regions; and sometimes unplanned alternate arrangements for accommodation/food/transport have to be made. Cost of these alternate arrangements would be borne by the participants as extra over and above actual cost of the event as we are not covered under any kindly of travel/accident policy. Unless specifically clarified.Some of the reasons because of which sometimes we may have to make alternate arrangements:
1) "Act of God" (Floods; Landslides; Storm; Heavy Rains)
AND/OR
2) Man made road Blocks due to Strikes; Curfews etc.
AND/OR
3) Missed flights/train/bus etc
AND/OR
4) Vehicle Breakdown.
5) Emergency evacuation.
6) Participants wanting to return during the trip period due to medical reasons or any other personal reasons.
Note: There will be no refund for resources that were not utilized by the customer.
Above terms apply to over and above the event terms mentioned in the event.
