Amur Falcon migratory birds roosting in Nagaland. Interested persons can suggest their time of participating in this camp from between the 3rd week of October till first week of November.
It is the time when Local communities living in and around the forested areas of Doyang river in Wokha district are gearing up for the biggest wildlife event of the year in the state of Nagaland–the arrival of hundred thousands of the migratory bird, the Amur Falcon.
Flocks over flocks of the small winged predator will be roosting in and around the forested areas of the small township that have grown up around the Doyang Hydro Electric Project. The birds come to roost during the closing month of September till beginning of November before continuing on their migratory journey to warmer places. We welcome all wildlife lovers, tourists and local visitors to this mega event as the time for the birds to reach Nagaland arrives!!

Pick up from Dimapur Airport/railway station and transfer to Pangti (4 hours drive),
