Season Rates Valid from October 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.
The Rates given are not applicable from December 15, 2011 to January 10, 2012.
20% hike will be applicable during Diwali Period (October 25, 2011 to November 10, 2011)
The above cost is per person on twin sharing basis.

Inclusions:

Accomodation on double sharing basis (minimum two persons required) with base category room at all destinations / Meal plan will be on CP (Room with Breakfast) in hotel / Transfers and sightseeing with N/AC Vehicle / Includes toll, parking, driver bata, interstate permit and fuel cost.

Package exclusions:

Any train fare / air fare unless specified / Any rides / Safari / Boating charges / Entrance fees, camera fees and guide charges / Personal expenses like phone calls, laundry, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages / Any other expenses or services not mentioned in inclusions.

The mentioned rates are not valid for conferences, events etc.

Reservation Policy

Confirmation of Tour Packages is subject to the remittance of 100% of the total tour cost in advance minimum 10 days prior to the commencing of the tour.

Cancellation and Refunds

30 Days before the commencement of the tour 35% of the tour cost will be levied / 20 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied / less than 10 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied / No refund is entitled “for No Show”
